EVENT ORGANIZER

The prom is one of the first elegant evenings in the adult life of high school seniors. Having organized proms for years, we know what to focus on to ensure students, parents, and teachers are fully satisfied.

  1. Set expectations together: involve student representatives, parents, and the school in the organization – the youth influence music, menu, decorations, and attractions, while adults oversee the budget, safety, and formalities.
  2. Match the venue to the number of guests: the hall must provide space for the formal polonaise, tables, dance floor, DJ booth, and photo area — air conditioning, sound, and lighting are also important. The Park Hotel ballroom meets these requirements even for the whole year group.
  3. Prepare a realistic schedule: the plan usually includes a welcome, speeches, polonaise, meals, photos, and dance time — but leave room for free fun and possible delays.
  4. Take care of the menu and drinks: the menu should be elegant, suited to the tastes of young guests and individual dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free or meat-free options).
  5. Set safety rules in advance: the guest list, entry and exit rules, number of supervisors, and a contact person for the venue should be known before the event.
  6. Choose attractions that create memories: a DJ, photo booth, heavy fog during the polonaise, or atmospheric lighting will highlight the evening’s character – best chosen so they don’t overshadow the main program.

How many people can you accommodate for a prom in Bydgoszcz at your hotel?

Thanks to the Cesarska and Banquet Halls, we can host events for groups from 50 up to 300 guests.

Is the prom menu flexible?

Yes, our Chef provides alternative meals for special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, food allergies). Please inform us of such needs when finalizing the menu.

How much does a prom cost at Park Hotel Bydgoszcz?

The 2027 prom menu at Park Hotel Bydgoszcz comes in two options: without DJ service, or with a DJ included for groups of at least 100. Both include a traditional seated table, hot and cold buffet, and unlimited drinks.

Are the DJ and photo booth included in the prom price?

In one option, the DJ service is included for a minimum of 100 guests. The photo booth and fog machine are extra additions available for prom events at Park Hotel Bydgoszcz.
