Child Protection Standards
In accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other laws (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1606), the hotel is obliged to implement Child Protection Standards (CPS) by August 15, 2024. The hotel is required to apply child protection standards, in particular, to verify the identity of the minor and their relationship with the adult accompanying them at the hotel. (Act of May 13, 2016, on Counteracting Sexual Offense Threats and Child Protection).

OUR STANDARDS
In connection with the CPS standards, we kindly ask you to bring documents confirming the identity of the adult legal guardian and the minor traveling with you. If you are traveling with a minor who is not your child or legal guardian, please prepare a consent letter from the child's parent for traveling with the child.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
For proper verification, we will ask you to present a document confirming the child's identity, or another document proving your right to care for the child at check-in.

Examples of documents verifying the child's identity include: an ID card, school ID, MObywatel app, online patient account, or court ruling.

If you are not the child's parent, a notarized consent document or written consent from the parents is required, which must include the child's data, address of residence, contact phone number of the parent, ID document number, and the PESEL number of the person traveling with the child.
