Cancel your booking: Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date. In such case, the prepayment will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation. In case of cancellation after this time or no-show on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest 100.00% of the reservation value. To secure the reservation, credit card details or prepayment of 100.00% of the reservation value via the online payment system are required.
Children policy: Children up to 3 years of age stay for free if they sleep in their parents' bed. Children aged 13 and over are counted as paying in full. The hotel facility is obliged to apply standards of protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and his/her relationship with the adult with whom he/she is staying in the facility. (Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors).
Animal policy: An extra charge of PLN 50 applies.
