§1. General provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for placing orders, payments and collection of dishes offered by Katarzyna Dobrzańska conducting business under the name Katarzyna Dobrzańska Park Hotel Bydgoszcz with its registered office at ul. Wrocławskiej 3, 85-211 Bydgoszcz, NIP: 5542443759 (hereinafter “Seller”).
  2. The Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the purchasing process and are available on the Restaurant's website.
  3. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. Orders may only be placed by adults with full legal capacity.

§3. Scope of activity

  1. The Seller sells restaurant meals via the website.
  2. All products offered on the website are prepared fresh in accordance with the Restaurant's standards.

§4. Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed via the Park Hotel Bydgoszcz website.
  2. The sales contract is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the system.
  3. The order is accepted for fulfillment after it has been paid for or after choosing cash payment on collection.
  4. After placing an order the Customer receives a confirmation at the email address provided in the form.

§5. Prices and payments

  1. All prices shown on the website are gross prices (PLN).

  2. Available payment methods:
    a) online payment via Przelewy24,
    b) cash on collection.

  3. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, provided that such changes do not apply to orders already placed.

§6. Order collection

  1. Orders are fulfilled only as personal collection at the Seller's premises at ul. Wrocławska 3, 85-211 Bydgoszcz.
  2. The Seller does not offer delivery to the provided address.
  3. The pickup time is specified when placing the order.
  4. The Customer is obliged to collect the order.

§7. Orders for alcoholic products

  1. Orders including alcoholic beverages may only be placed by adults.
  2. The collection of an order containing alcoholic beverages is only possible by an adult.
  3. Upon collection the Seller has the right to verify the age of the person collecting by requesting to see an identity document.
  4. If it is not possible to confirm adulthood the Seller will refuse to hand over alcoholic beverages.
  5. In such a case the Seller may release the remainder of the order without alcohol or cancel the items containing alcohol and refund their value.

§8. Complaints

  1. The Customer has the right to submit a complaint in the event of a discrepancy between the product and the order.
  2. Complaints should be submitted by email to: recepcja@parkhotel.bydgoszcz.pl
  3. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.
  4. If the complaint is upheld the Seller will refund the payment or prepare the meal again.

§9. Right of withdrawal from the contract

  1. Pursuant to Art. 38(4) of the Consumer Rights Act the right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to products that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life, including restaurant dishes.

§10. Personal data protection

  1. The controller of Customers' personal data is Katarzyna Dobrzańska Park Hotel Bydgoszcz.
  2. Data are processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
  3. The Customer has the right to access their data, to rectify it, to delete it, to restrict processing and to object.

§11. Final provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, provided that changes do not apply to orders already placed.
  2. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
  3. The Terms and Conditions are effective from the moment of their publication on the Seller's website.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the provision of food information to consumers, the Park Hotel Bydgoszcz Restaurant informs about the possible presence of allergens in the dishes offered.

1. General information

  1. The dishes prepared in the Restaurant may contain allergens or traces thereof.
  2. Despite due care, cross-contamination with allergens during food preparation cannot be completely ruled out.
  3. Customers with food allergies or intolerances should inform the Restaurant before placing an order.
  4. The Restaurant is not liable for allergic reactions if allergies or intolerances are not reported prior to the preparation of the order.

  1. Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut)
  2. Crustaceans
  3. Eggs
  4. Fish
  5. Peanuts (groundnuts)
  6. Soy
  7. Milk (including lactose)
  8. Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashew, pecan, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia)
  9. Celery
  10. Mustard
  11. Sesame
  12. Sulphur dioxide and sulphites (above 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l)
  13. Lupin
  14. Molluscs

3. Access to detailed information

  1. Detailed information about ingredients and allergens in individual dishes is available upon customer request.
  2. Information is provided by the Restaurant staff or is available in the Restaurant's informational materials (e.g. menu, ordering system).
  3. For orders placed online, the customer can contact the Restaurant before placing the order to obtain information about allergens.
