Flavors of summer and aromas of fire – culinary workshops “(In)nocent culinary journeys – GRILL cuisine” are the perfect opportunity to learn the secrets of grilling meat, fish, vegetables, and cheeses.

During the workshops, participants will learn how to prepare dishes on the grill in a professional and safe manner, discover various grilling, marinating, and seasoning techniques. They will also learn how to combine flavors and present impressive dishes that will delight family and friends. It's an excellent opportunity for cooking together, conversations, and enjoying culinary experiments outdoors.

The workshops are led by the Chef of Park Hotel Bydgoszcz, who will share his experience, practical tips, and culinary inspirations. Participants will gain new skills and see grill cuisine from a completely new perspective.


Cooking together is more than just going out to a restaurant. It’s wearing an apron instead of a jacket, mixing in pots with a glass of excellent wine in hand, an unusual way to spend free time and unforgettable entertainment for everyone.
